    Replacement empty cartridges are available.  If you
    have never used the refillable cartridges before,  we
    recommend ording the prefilled cartridge combo.  We
    vacuum fill these cartridges and inspect them before
    shipping.  Air bubbles are removed from these brand
    new empty cartridges for inks to flow properly when
    you install them.  If the air bubbles are not removed,
    the cartridges will not work right.  Install the cartridges
    as a set.  The auto reset chip are not designed to work
    with regular chips.

    Which plug to remove before installing the refillable cartridge?
    The vent plug is the one closest to the chip.  This plug must be removed
    before printing.  The middle plug is removed only to refill the cartridge.  Seal
    the refill hole before using the cartridge.  Click on the first link from the top to
